- The jailed Libyan terrorist Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi -the "Lockerbie Bomber" apparently faked his prostrate cancer in collusion with British Petroleum, who negotiated his release with Scottish Government, in exchange of lucrative oil field contracts from Libya.
Note: Two different meanings in the above two usages- at least one answer should be correct.
