According to
Dr. Togadia about 10 million Bangladeshi Muslims have infiltrated in
Assam illegally. As a result 30 constituencies have
become Muslim majority areas. In
addition to that there are 14 jihadi terrorist organizations operating in
Assam.
Dr. Togadia
demands an unbiased judicial enquiry into the ethnic cleansing of Hindus in
Assam done by Bangladeshi
Muslims.

Assam: Fact: Ethnic Cleansing of
Tribals & Other Hindus by Bangla Deshi Muslims
Conspiracy by Govts to
Punish Indian Citizens to favour Bangla Deshi Muslims
New Delhi, August 7, 2012
Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has recommended
CBI investigation into severe violence in Assam. Reacting
strongly on this, VHP International Working President Dr Pravin Togadia demanded
that the terms of reference of any investigation in the Ethnic Cleansing of
original Tribes, other Hindus & non-Muslims on Assam should be
those that protect Indian citizens. He also warned that any effort to treat
Indian citizens in Assam at par with invaders Bangla
Deshi Muslims will be treated as anti-constitutional.
Dr Togadia further
said, “CBI should investigate as to HOW over 1 crore (10 million) Bangla Deshi
Muslims came in & settled in Assam, WHO helped them, how they could
establish 14 Jehadi Terror organizations, what was the role of Bangla Deshi
support to them in getting weapons, WHAT did Govt of India & Assam Govt do
ever to stop infiltration of Bangla Deshi Muslims in Assam? How in 30
constituencies in Assam, Bangla Deshi Muslims are such
a big majority? WHO mobilized 25 Muslim MPs all over Bharat suddenly in a day to
lobby for Bangla Deshi Muslims in Assam? Who are the forces to file
petition in the Hon Supreme Court of India to give Refugee Status to Bangla
Deshi Muslims in Bharat while the Assam violence was going on? Was
Assam violence a well-planned
conspiracy by such forces to create the background for getting Bangla Deshi
Muslims refugee status projecting them as victims when they were themselves
involved in attacking Assam’s original Tribes, Hindus &
other non-Muslims? When trains, buses were halted in the Kokrazar, Dhubri,
Chirang districts in Assam, HOW 'suddenly' SO MANY WELL FILLED up Relief Camps
specially for Bangla Deshi Muslims were up in half a day? WHO got international
Human Rights activists so quickly there? WHO are the politicians & political
parties that are beneficiaries of 1 Crore Bangla Deshi Muslims being in
Assam? These should be the terms of
reference of the CBI investigations.”
“Ideally, not by biased CBI, but
there should be an unbiased Judicial enquiry into the Ethnic Cleansing of
original Tribes, other Hindus & non Muslims in Assam that was done by Bangla
Deshi Muslims. This Judicial Commission should have not only a senior Supreme
Court Judge but also the representative of Indian Army as the entire border area
is militarily important for Bharat's safety & security. This commission
should also have at least 1 representative each of all original tribes in
Assam.”
Dr Togadia said, “ANY
effort by the Union Govt or the state Govt to 'fix' any Indian citizen including
any tribes like Bodos or any other tribe / Hindu in violence in Kokrazar,
Dhubri, Chirang & surrounding areas when they themselves have been victims
of Ethnic Cleansing for years there, will be treated by all Bharat as Govts
siding the enemy nation Bangla Desh who has been involved in terror attacks on
Bharat through HUJI, IM etc. All Tribes, other Hindus in Assam & rest
of Bharat will democratically stand together as ONE against any such conspiracy.
