India and China both make American Headlines. If China, 99.99% chance is that the news is an achievement - 1step closer to Superpower label.
If India - it is 99% a shameful news. This time - half of India lives without electricity and major power grids of India have no protection against overdrawing of power.
There should have been automatic shutdown of power of the state, which drew more power than its allotted KWh. We are not discussing, how could this happen in 21st century. What kind of infrastructure was there ? If so, what the Union Power Minister was doing to modernize these stuff by when ?

Union Power Sushil Kumar Shinde resigned because of massive power grid failures in North India.
But .. this is India, the headline becomes
Sushil Kumar Shinde gets Home Ministry and LEader of Loksabha
A giant reward for a failed minister and no when is going to become Home Minister. Another Quota minister ?
Where was his ministerial oversight ?
All we hear that some UP bureaucrat or engineer got transferred. No accountability ??
As minister of finance, Pranab Mukharjee was a big flop. He is now promoted as President.
Not to say any thing about Manmohan, Sonia or Rahul.
