New York Times reports

China warned India this year about exploration by an Indian company ONGC (?) in waters off Vietnam, the company pulled out, citing technical reasons.

Why ?

When India claims that  it is not the last word from India.and S. M. Krishna, India’s foreign minister, “The South China Sea is the property of the world.” - Why ONGC pulled out from a commitment given to Vietnam ? Why didn't Manmohan Singh took this issue with China at PM level ?

The answer is - when your PM is weak - even countries like Srilanka can terrorize you.

So, what is the point of being nuclear and yet get scared ? Our Sardarji don't get it. Do you ?

Now we have a Sardarji Army Chief who instead of looking in to India's weakness against its foreign neighbors, talks about  the importance of a secular Army ?

Army is there to fight war with neighbors if attacked or threatened. What Secularism has to do with it ?

With 2 weak and unfocused Sardarji's leading the Nation - India  appears to be screwed up state.
