PURCHASING PROPERTY IN
BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA ??
The property prices in Bhubaneswar
and in its periphery in last one decade has gone in many a fold. Indeed it is always advisable to consult a
lawyer while dealing with the sale and purchase of the properties be it is flats
/ Apartments / lands / houses or duplex in Odisha / Bhubaneswar.
These days one must have noticed
many fly by night property dealers in and around Bhubaneswar, Odisha having
their offices in posh locality of Bhubaneswar who open their offices lavishly
and get vanished within one or two years. It is simply because of the money
involved and the investments from the public pulled. For eg.today you purchase
any plot in and around Bhubaneswar which would be possibly 20 Km. from the
central areas of Bhubaneswar and their going rate would be not less than Rs.3
Lakhs or above for about 1000 to 2000 square feet.
Buyers often fall in to the trap
to earn good money out of their small investments. Dealing with the property
dealers; be it is the sellers of the plots or the flats / apartments, it is not
easy. There are instances where one will also find the own relatives dealing
with properties have duped their close ones (which bears some state of faith
within).
Some of the property dealers /
consultants in Bhubaneswar these days also allure their customers to book plot
for a mere Rs.10,000/- and asks the investors to pay the balance in installments.
One will find good number of cases wherein the investors often abuse through
different internet media about such property dealers / planners.
Finally I must say that while
investing the hard earned money one must have his eyes and ear open and if
possible there is nothing wrong to take a (verbal if not in writing) certificate
from a lawyer who deals in civil litigations and cases pertaining to sale and
purchase of properties in Bhubaneswar / Odisha.
