are many scientific methods to counter it. The following easiest, economical
preventive measures in the first instance briefed below for implementation by all
nation’s are extremely urgent.
Burning Carbon
products for thermal Power/ Industries / Transport carriers, etc., should be
limited on the basis at per capita on
population country wise replaced
by harvesting power, battery etc., from solar heat energy. It has advantages
for reducing the carbon based gases polluting the environment, as well as
reduction of solar energy heating the globe
& its surrounding atmosphere. In countries and places where solar
energy is not dependable power may be harvested from sea waves , wind , heat
energy underground at large depth are by using coal free from smoke etc.
Ban on production
of atomic weapons, its use as well as
destruction of atomic weapons is also urgent.
PLANTS – Evidence collected from Western Argentina samples

catchments. It is urgent in all river
valley projects.
The efforts,
attractive prize packages by Hon’ble C.M. Odisha should be wide spread and
acted timely to declare and award it. The plantation works, its maintenance in
rural, urban seashore, mining, industrial areas forest land and river valley in
India shall be successful through local-self Govt. forest and soil conservation
wing by appropriate seeds on the basis of location, so are watch & ward entrusted
to village councils in local-self Govt. it is also important to stipulate check
measurements, monitoring at sub-divisional level, as well as prize packages
constituency wise by Honourable M.P. and MLA from LAD fund to bring Plantation
covered to year 1900 base in time bound period three years in India which may
be exemplary for others.
FINANCE– Rich countries,
World Bank, I.M.F. N.R.I’s and others capable including India’s Banks by
floating bonds may kindly consider to give loan with soft interest for the
above works or on share over produce
enacted by Govt..
Security council
is to kindly take immediate steps with all nations by discussions on above
aspects and review it periodically to overcome bottlenecks, so are India to
raise it in security council time & again for a success, briefed below in short other wise Death EN-MASS in near future.
