Kolkata Land Mafia, constructed part of his Multistories Buildings on the Encroached Railway Land and to protect the same from any action, fraudulently got executed an Agreement with the Railway, in which, under criminal connivance with the then Senior Railway Officials from the Head Quarter of Eastern Railway and Sealdah Dvision, large size encroached Railway Land was illegally treated as private land.

 

Under direction dated 3rd January, 2007, from Hon'ble Information Commissioner, Mr. O. P. Kejriwal, Eastern Railway conducted a Survey, and admitted that a large size of the Railway Land (measuring more or less 4,841 Sq. Feet), is still under necroachment, contrary to respective agreement executed by the Eastern Railway, which claimed that the entire encroached land was taken back from the respective Private Party. But since the aforesaid Survey more than one year passed, without any appropriate action. 

 

Should Hon'ble Railway Minister Laluji, will answer the reason for the sumpathy?
