The Sonia Gandhi Advertisement in NYT

(Dr. Surinder Malhotra's interview to fosaac TV)
What was the matter ?
Dear Mr. Kaul/Dr. Biplab Pal:
Please inform
Dr. Surinder Malhotra that by tremendous pressure from public, Ms. Sonia Gandhi has closed her doors for sycophants like Arjun Singh & his likes. Now Mr. Malhotra has to disclose, whether he is instructed by AICC to file this $100million law suit against two individuals. In case he wants to shut free voice of 2 people, thousands more voice will be heard.
Please tell him, when such advertisements/news are published, the NYT legal department scrutinizes the same. So if he is courageous enough, he should have also dragged NYT to court, which he didn't. This proves his cowardliness and half hearted court case.
Please ask him to read this article, where the defamation suit was filed against the News Paper, by the victim, not by a sycophant.
Also, I didn't hear any such effort when a website HinduUnity.org published
this . The AICC has taken appropriate measures and sent legal notice to that website & finally the web site removed the defamatory content .
In a democracy, people will express & leaders should mend their ways.. Please ask Mr. Malhotra to read - What People think about Ms. Gandhi.
At least I know Mr. Kataria is doing some thing for Indian-American community. May I know what Dr.Malhotra's Overseas Friends of Congress has done in America, except welcoming Ms. Sonia Gandhi.
In a similar spirit, when Andhra CM YSR visited USA, the temple movement people also protested. How many cases were filed against such protesters ?
My sincere advise to Dr. Malhotra is let AICC worry about this and explore appropriate legal remedies. He need not have to so concerned about his leader and drag fellow Indians to a law suit worth $100 million. What he is going to with that amount if he wins ? Donate to AICC ? Does he understand - How much $100 million looks like & how our fellow Indians can pay the same ? Is this a price to be paid for free voice.
When this advertisement was published in NYT , why he didn't publish a rebuttal next day, which would have been much better & effective measure to restore the damaged (?) image of Ms. Sonia Gandhi.
Regards
Manoj Padhi
