Appeal of 400 Pakistani Hujjaj of 'Faize Husaini Group', Karachi-Pakistan from Makkah

Faize Husaini, an institute founded for Zaereen's help was build with an objective to serve the pilgrims of Hajj, Umrah and holy places. But unfortunately Faize Husaini- Karachi (Registered Travel Agent) has fallen in the evil hands of Naeem Mohiyuddin and Kumail Yunus. Naeem and Kumail are notorious for exploiting people for their own greedy interest. Naeem Mohiyuddin is also owner of 'Karachi Public School' and partner of number of Business organizations, while Kumail is a land lord of Gawadar. Similarity of both is alike centipedes, survive on human blood.

 For years, Hajj and other pilgrim tours were normal but since Naeem took charge of traveling affairs; he selected a new mode of earning which no doubt provide him and his associate more money but creates miserable condition for Zaereen. They arrange 3 ^rd grade tickets of cost cutting flight through their close associate and charge premium prices from the pilgrims. They also collect full Haj Fee, months before government announces submission date and utilized it to their own benefits. This regular practice created mental torture and physical harassment, which have no compensation. They always return passports with tickets to the passengers only 15 to 20 hours before flight. If departure is in morning they normally release passport and tickets at night, and if it is night flight, it is release in morning. They know well that in such short time what people can do, except rush to the Airport. In Makka and Madina, management of Faize Husaini pressurized the Zaereen to pay extra amount for Muallims. People request Haj Zaereen to remember in their Doa, but these criminal forced Zaereen to curse them.      

Staff of 'Faize Husaini' says that they are helpless before Naeem and Kumail. Round the year Faize Husaini staff listens to complains but they can't rectify due to Naeem's and Kumail's arrogant 'Firooni' attitude.  

One such recent target of their exploitation become the Haj Pilgrims of Gulf Air's flight No GF-751 on 6 Dec 2007. 'Faize Husaini' never informed them that they have a 17hours long stay in Bahrain. During their hectic long stay Gulf Air never provided hotel accommodation to the Haj-Zaereen as per IATA Rules. According to IATA Rules, in more than 8 hours long stay, it is passenger's 'Right' to receive lodging and boarding, till connected flight. While Haj Zaereen tried to contact Naeem and Kumail from Bahrain they did not attend any call on their mobile phones nor available in their offices, 'Burhani Mehal'. Later they said Haj means facing problems. 

It is matter of shame for Haj Ministry of Pakistan that it has no regulation to check Haj/pilgrims tour operators. Government should take necessary steps in this regard to make sure direct flight from Karachi to Saudi Arabia, to eliminate such kind of miseries and problem. We have contacted in Makkah to the Haj Mission of Pakistan but influential of Haj Ministry simply asked to file detail report against Faize Husaini Haj Tour Operators, and assured we will take action. We know well nothing will happen as they receive regular 'Bhatta' from 'Faize Husaini'. 

Until Government not take serious action against such mishandling with Haj and Umrah Zaereen this kind of mental torture and harassment will continue by Black Sheep Travel Agents like Naeem Mohiyuddin and Kumail Yunus. We also request to the Saudi Embassy not to issue Visa to any such Travel Agent unless they attached normal Air Ticket, which have no long waiting time, for the convenience of the passengers, in the larger interest.   It is matter of shame for Haj Ministry of Pakistan that why they allow Travel Agents to carry Haj Passengers on International Passport?

Why not Government of Pakistan made mandatory for each Travel Agent to issue tickets direct from Karachi to Saudi Arabia?

 Majority of the passengers are not aware of their legal rights. They have rights to sue on the ground of cheating, fraud, mental harassment etc to Travel Agent. Insiders believe that this is enough evidence to indict the top Executives of Faize Husaini, Naeem Mohiyuddin and Kumail Yunus. . It is a pity that every year many hundreds are facing torture and harassment due to notorious Naeem Mohiyuddin and Kumail Yunus, who have no respect of Muslim Zaereen.

Haj Zaereen of above group are facing heavy tension because of their same long route return Air Ticket, issued by 'OASIS TRAVELS PVT LTD' for Gulf Air. Zaereen request to the President of Pakistan, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Haj Minister, Ulama and responsible people of the Media to help them and issue instructions to 'Faize Husaini Travel Agents' to arrange direct flight (No Cost Cutting Flight),as Zaereen paid full amount of Rs. 1, 65,000.
