The hall was beautifully decorated with rangoli as well as lotus flowers and leaves on the walls led by Dr. Bijayalaxmi Mohanty and volunteers.
Mr Hiranmaya Dash, Mr Someswar Sharma and Mr Ranjit Kumar Panda were receiving guests at the Registration Desk The party started sharp at 6:00 pm amid less arrival of guests in the beginning.
With the lighting ceremony which was inaugurated by Committee President Mr Saorj Kumar Satpathy and Vice President Dr. Sanjib Kumar Panda with committee supporters Mr Alok Kumar Panda, Mr Sambit Kumar Mishra, Mr Someswar Sharma, Mr Hiranmaya Dash, Mr Manoj Kumar Prusty, Mr Ranjit Kumar Panda, Mr Sabyasachi Mishra, Mr Bibihudatta Rout.
Cultural host Mr. Alok Kumar Panda and Mr. Sambit Kumar Mishra , supported by Mr Bibhudatta Rout engaged the guests with series of cultural activities which entertained the guests with full fun series of dance programs and game activities.
A heart touching Odissi Dance was presented by Miss Pallavi Panda.
Soon after guests were served with starters and light snacks. While guests were taking snacks atmosphere was occupied by Oriya music. After guests were entertained with light snacks, the program continued with other cultural events.
A Bharat Natyam Dance was presented by Miss Ankita Panda, followed by another odissi dance by Miss Puravi Panda , Bharat Natyam Dance by Miss Sanskiti, a hindi film music dance by Miss Ashmita Mohanty .
In between our cultural programs the host engaged the guests with series of fun loving games.
After which guest were advised to go for fire crackers celebration in an open field environment outside the Kent Vale Communal Hall .
After guests celebrated the fire cracking ceremony with much fun and joy especially the children, again they were entertained by another dance performed by two little girls namely lead by Miss. Sanskiti. A small children group dance was also performed with beats of hindi music.
During the event Mr Hiranmaya Dash, Dr. Sanjib Kumar Panda, and Mr Someswar Sharma captured the sparkling moment with their camera.
The gathering was quite amazing and every guest they enjoyed the moments.
Over all Committee President Mr Saorj Kumar Satpathy appealed to all guests to help and grow the SingOriya committee by actively participating in the SingOriya Community. Guests were also updated the mission and vision of the SingOriya community.
Dinner stared around 9: 00 pm. Mr Saorj Kumar Satpathy and Dr. Sanjib Kumar Panda were incharge of the catering and looking after guest’s requirements during the dinner time.
Committee members were looking after the guest so that every one will feel comfort.
The sparkling party came to an end at around 10 pm.
