I suggest, Govt.should take necessary action immediately that will ensure confidence of NRI/N R O community and people of the state.This is very unfortunate how a better cause has been hijacked; strong action against fraud is desired.The case should be criminally investigated as early as possible.I wonder why Govt. is so slow in taking appropriate action based on its own investigation report.NIST was started as an NRI venture with good reputation, current state is pathetic.It is a great public concern as well. Govt. should take quick steps to ensure original founder take the helm of the institute.Court cases takes years , unless a quick strong and transparent action is not taken by court, by the time the institute would have been deteoriated beyond recovery.This is the first degree Eng. College in south Orissa, we had big hope. But seems it is destroyed by local goons. I had heard about IT raids of Mudali’s in past. It need full criminal investigation.It is sad to see how people unethically try to grab/own the work of others.It is no difference than a tenant occupying owner’s house illegally and forcefully and real owner running to court and pillar to post to get his house.Faculty, staffs and students of NIST should protest on this illegal activities and so why an NRI ever think of investing money and his expertise in the state if this is the real situation.It is sad to see Dr. Mohapatra is running to court for years, rather than using his knowledge/expertise for betterment of the institute (NIST). wonder why court is not doing contempt proceedings against Mudali.Educational institute should not be in hands of people who does fraud, cheating and disobey rules of law.I wonder why govt. is silent for so long after investigation report of 2006 by DTET.This is truly bad for the state and true beneficiary (i.e., students and their parents).I request strong and quick action by Govt. in a transparent manner.People needs to be brought to the justice and penalized for their illegal activities
